Since HD doesn’t allow returns, the best they could tell my mother was that AFTER the delivery does occur, they can credit her $150.

After 9 months and 3 appointments to get a floor install I was left with concrete floors. The last installer they sent just did not want to do the job. I received months of empty promises and now no one at customer care returns my phone calls.

Employees are just sitting on a chair and expecting you to know the new rules and changes in there store,returns and entrances have changed which is fine,but they are very rude when exposing to you where the entrance is now.Lazy ass stupid workers and employers are just as stupid.
