Delighted with delivery of my new bedroom suite from this company - loved the French style of the La Rochelle collection and was not disappointed - solid wood, good design and quality. Delivery men could not have been more patient. Well done Homesdirect 365, nice doing business with you!

DO NOT USE COMPANY - FRAUD This company steal your card details and use them fraudulently - over 2k was taken from bank account following a furniture purchase. Over 1k taken from colleagues who also used this website. Additionally, furniture was very poor quality and had to constantly chase to get delivered - 2 months late.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Regretably I\'ve had to award this company 1 out of 5, as that\'s the lowest allowed. In reality, they deserve minus 10. I ordered a wall plaque over the phone on 13th May 2013 at £89.99. They took payment there and then and gave me a \"3-4 weeks delivery\" promise. 3 weeks passed, I called to check delivery and was told \"it\'ll be with you next week\". Called the following week to see if they could advise as to which day of the week it would be delivered as wife couldn\'t stay in all week, only to be hit with Bombshell Number 1 - \"it won\'t be with our suppliers until June\". From their suppliers it would still have to get to them, then on to us, meaning delivery would be mid-June at earliest. I told them they had misled me, and requested a refund. Bombshell Number 2 - refund \"could take up to 7-10 working days\", meaning up to 2-weeks in real money. So, they take £90 off you instantly, mislead (lie?) to you regards delivery, then tell you the item could take another 3 months, and top it all off by telling you you \"could\" have to wait 2 weeks to get your money back. Please do yourself a favour and avoid using this company at all costs.

Had exactly same experience as everyone else on here. They tried to charge me a restocking fee for a product I had not received despite paying for it 5 months earlier. Staff are rude and unhelpful, apparently get a phone call every 3 weeks with update, in 21 weeks I got 1 phone call. Oh and out of the 2 of 3 items I did receive, one was broken and was told I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement. Needless to say it has all gone back

Good product, disastrous service and business. Ordered April 2012, told afterwards it would not be in stock until June. June came, told it would be July. July came, told it would be August. Had to chase them every few weeks for update. Finally arrived in September - was faulty and needed replacing (give me strength). Told this would be November, obviously November came and went, then told December. Finally I'm told it arrives at their store in January. Took delivery of it today, 1st February 2013 - 9 months after I ordered it. Sort your business model out, your product is good but the way you source and deliver it is a complete disaster which ultimately the customer ends up paying the price for. 1 star added for the delivery men who were the nicest and most helpful I've ever come across.

Terrible customer service. Found 3 pieces of furniture we wanted and double checked by phone call they matched in paint colour. Ordered expecting 6 week delivery as per main page of their website. Subsequently received a telephone call stating console did not match. They had no record of my first conversation. (what a suprise) They advised they could match it by painting but there would be a charge. I argued I was advised it would match they said words to the effect of 'no can do have to charge' so I reluctantly agreed. 4 months later stcok finally in (but it will take a further 2 weeks to deliver mind you). I suggested they waive the cost of painting they said no!!! Needless to say I was rather irate. They also had the audacity on the phone to tell me to change my tone with them!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have now been waiting for a bed which I ordered on 20th March. Paid for in full. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th May. I had a call the day before saying it was damaged so wouldn't be arriving with the rest of my furniture. By which time we had got rid of our old bed. After chasing customer services several times I was told the bed would not be ready until end of July. Now that I have enquired again I have just received an unapologetic email stating it is not expected until end of November. No apologies, no discounts, not even a phone call. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My husband and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for six months which is now resulting in back problems. Somebody needs to urgently get in touch and rectify this situation. You were quick enough to take our money from us, and we have had nothing but hassle in return for it. I would not recommend Homes 365 to anyone other than watchdog, the Evening Gazette and perhaps BBC radio Tees for an investigative article on this absolutely disgraceful company.
