Ordered Pacific wedges. Delivery time fine but not the shoes. My feet are somewhat dainty but I couldn't even get the strap into the first hole! Return is through a shop outside our area in London- no parking. Husband did the 35/ 40 minutes walk in the heatwave (90 plus degrees) and he's 81. You need a local returns point. And free returns. Shame really because Hotter used to be so good.

I asked for a size 4.5 and the shoe that arrived was more like a size 5.5. Not impressed.Hazel Turner

I've loved Hotter shoes. Today I was notified after approx 6 weeks that they could not ship the shoes. All out. The last time I ordered I get the same message. They didnt notify me, I have to go after them. They take your money and say nothing. I'm so tired of being treated this way. They are incompetent. I said take me off of your mailing list and email list. I don't want your catalogues I'm done with Hotter. Now to look for shoes comparable. Beyond disappointed.

Have over the last couple of years bought your ladies lace up brogues, tasseled loafers whisper boots x2 pairs and 3 pairs of sandals all have been lovely had slippers Xmas 2018 suede a bit frumpy but so supportive and comfy. Thought I'd try the new animal print mule Xmas 2019 and I'm so disappointed, very solid , uncomfortable and nothing like the quality. Also bought my husband the suede moccasin slipper almost a year ago and after a couple of weeks wear the backs don't stay up so they are quite dangerous, spoke to one of the sales ladies in the Hotter store and she said she had bought them for her husband too and the same thing happened as he is not happy with his eitheršŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø What has happened to your quality Hotter!! You also seem to have removed reviews from customers on each style on your site which I always found helpful. Is this because the reviews were getting poor I wonder.

I have had some Wilson shoes for a couple of years, and frankly they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. However, I noticed last week that a large crack has appeared across the left sole. I went into my local cobbler and he told me they cannot be repaired as the sole has started to perish and will only fall apart. Which means these shoes are only good for the bin. I own around 12 pairs of Hotter shoes and hope that this is not a major problem with my others too. Very disappointed as this looks like a major manufacturing issue.

I always loved Hotter shoes for comfort and style, and have shopped with them for years. But something has changed ... they no longer fit as they did before, the sizing is inaccurate and there's no proper arch support. Even ordering the same style as I used to wear, the fit is completely different with much less toe wiggle room. There used to be reviews on their website and a full description of each pair of shoes, which was very helpful. This no longer seems to be available. What happened? It's such a pity.

Nothing has gone with previously owned shies say up to three years ago. They are now too expensive even the sale prices. I wonā€™t pay Ā£59-60 fir a pair of shies in a sale. Reviews are becoming poor. Quality not as good as in the past. Why are you always having sales speaks for itself, you are not shifting the goods. You offer too many slightly different styles. But quality and a smaller range with cheaper prices would bring this customer back.

I had been a loyal hotter shoe customer for years. But my last purchase was terrible. The sole of the shoe was so thin I could feel the pavement as I walked. Didnā€™t really help when I returned in the shop . Saying I should have tried walking on them 1 st . Will be using another make . I did notice on their website customers can no longer leave a reviews ? I wonder why ??

Hottershoes are usually good value for money BUT if a fault occurs do not expect getting any help or advice from Hotter. I spent over Ā£174 on their shoes. One pair developed a fault which meant I couldnā€™t wear them I contacted Hotter but they did nothing to help so in other words my money was wasted.

I was advised by the shop I needed wide fit - rubbish. These were the Flare sandals so not cheap. After I have worn them for a few times they have now stretched and my feet swim in them and are very uncomfortable all for the sake of being advised WRONGLY now have a fairly new pair of sandals that are NO GOOD. I do not intend to buy another pair. I gave bought three pair of boots and another pair of shoes this year but customer services with regard to this situation is dreadful, shocking I always buy Hotter but this has really put me off. Really unhappy šŸ˜ šŸ˜ šŸ˜

Ordered on line for first time pair of chase shoes. My shoes were not sent out when they said. Following phone call to hotter they said that they over ordered and they did not know if they were going to be in stock as they were not on the system, (I am disappointed that I had not recieved any corospodence from hotter to advice of this and I believe I would have just been left hanging on waiting for shoes that were not going to arrive if I had not rang). I managed to find a pair in my size following phoning local stores. The shop assistant in the Darlington store was fabulous and helpful. Although the shoes are stylish and appeared comfortable in store following wearing them with trainer socks my chase shoes rubbed all the skin off the back of my heels and made them bleed (I am really disappointed with this as bought as every day comfortable shoes). This is not something that has happened to me for a long time, only in very cheap shoes. I also found the eyelets sharp on the inside and that when I lace the shoes up they dig though the tougue of the shoes following wearing for a day.

I ordered 2 pairs of Hotter Shoes for summer wear. Had previously ordered knee high boots which were very comfortable so expected the same here. Both pairs of shoes - Livvy ballerina pump and Brooke runners, a lace-up sporty shoe - are wearing the skin off my ankles. I walked exactly 600 meters in the Livvys the first time I wore them, came home with a big blister. Tried the Brookes, I now have blood on the back of the right shoe. These are very poorly made shoes for something that costs so much. I have owned many pairs of Naots and have never had this problem. Naot are expensive but made with care. Hotter are expensive because they pay a lot for marketing, not because they put money into their manufacture. The insides of both pairs of shoes are finished roughly, with seams and edges that chafe, blister and ultimately cause to bleed, bare skin. The only way I can wear them is with socks but the whole point was to have cooler summer shoes for bare feet (especially the Livvy, which have punchout holes for ventilation). EXTREMELY disappointed in my purchases.

I was delighted with my Hotter men's shoes. Then after a couple of years of week-end wear the sole split from side to side. The assistant was unhelpful, claiming the split was to be expected after that level of wear. I took them to a repairer, who told me he regularly sees Hotter shoes with the same problem.

When I first started ordering Hotter shoes I liked them. They have cute styles and they fit. I donā€™t know what has happened but their sizing is terrible. I ordered the same slippers that I love and have 2 pairs of all ready. Now the same size is too big as were the shoes I ordered. Their sizing is off any way. I wear an 11 in all other brands but a 10 use to fit in Hotter shoes. Now itā€™s too big. I returned my last two pair, slippers and a pair of slip on shoes the same day I got them. They refunded my money $20 short of the total purchase. Restocking fee I guess. Well given the unpredictability of whether the shoes will fit I will no longer order any Hotter shoes and the new catalog I just got went straight to the recycle trash. Iā€™d give them no stars if I could but because I do have some shoes I like and wear iā€™ll Give them 2.

i purchased my first and last hotter shoes. The tabs on the back caused terrible blisters I wore them for 3 weeks, still no better, my feet have formed calluses where the blisters are and even they have blistered. Not very happy with quality, they may have been good shoes makers at one point, not so good now

After sales service means a 8 minute wait on the telephone only to be informed that Hotter do not provide spare insoles for walking shoes that retail at Ā£95.00. Simply second rate and now typical of British companies whose only interest is sales and profit. You have lost the business of a customer who has purchased 6 pairss of Hotter shoes in the last year.

I have purchased leap shoes since the shop opened in Chester. It is the only style of shoes I can wear ,due to foot problems ,after illness. They were comfortable and secure on your feet. I purchased a pair last October, refreshed style, they look enormous on your feet, the opening is 1/2 inch longer, the lower Velcro strap is higher, therefore does not hold your foot as securely and the sole of your foot rubs. If this refreshed style continues I will no longer be a customer.
