Comfortable but soles are very flimsy especially some sandal styles. I recently fell quite badly I was wearing hotter sandals and I think I tripped over the sole which got caught in a branch

I have received a catalogue from Hotter and wanted to change my previous order as the price had reduced on the shoes I ordered in July. I have now been trying to contact Hotter by phone for over a week, calling 6 or more times daily, there is never anyone answering, I don’t think there is anyone working there, I also sent an email and there has been no response to that either. I have now given up....a bad experience from a company who used to be so good, shocking customer service, or I should say no customer service!

Terrible customer service and very slow delivery time, DONT ORDER DIRECT FROM HOTTER GO TO THE LIKES OF DEBENHAMS! You will regret if you do. Treated like a criminal and shouted out!

Ordered on June 13, 2020. The order was for two pairs. Today is July 30 and still no shoes. I have sent several emails with no response. I talked to two different women who said they would trace the shipment. No response. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Then I was sent two emails assuring me the shoes would arrive in a couple of days. Still no shoes. The tracking info. shows they have been in Atlanta, GA - 6 days. I just held on the phone for over an hour with no answer. These people should close up shop. Never will I order from them again.

Hotter got hidden information about return policy they should tell customers When you return you will be charged. They deducted money from customers after receiving.

I finally received 1 pr of shoes ordered 10 wide ordered 4prs. I took one look and the quality was shotty. The leather around the back top ridge was rought. One shoe looked stretched out. Went to try them on and they didn't even allow my foot to get in😲 I had a friend try them on she is a size 8.5. They barely fit. Needless to say I'm sending them back. But wait then I read their is a $7 charge to send back. So you lose altogether $17. The $10 You pay for shoes to ship and the $7 you pay to return the shoes. Never again will I buy from them. A very unhappy customer. Be aware my shoes were made in Mexico per box they arrived in.😲 I should of investigated company reviews on line and I wouldn't have been burned.

I ordered 3 pr shoes in May. AmX was charged 5/23/20 still no shoes. I spoke with someone named Chris that was very rude, not helpful at all. Spoke 2 wks ago with Mike who resent order, still no shoes. Very difficult to get anyone to answer phone. One day the proper comeptition will make them wonder what happened. Hotter is not what they once were. Very sad.

Ordered a pair of sandals in May. My credit card was charged and I still have not received my shoes. I sent one email, no response. Tried calling customer service, no one answers. Just sent another email. I thought this was a reputable company, that’s why I ordered from them. Buyer Beware!!

I spoke with a very unpleasant Beverly. I asked for a status on my 4 prs of shoes. One was sitting in Mexico the other 3prs were not even in the shipping mode yet😤 It took 8 phone calls before this person picked up. I emailed 3 times no response. My first time as a customer. She told me I would have a email within 48 hrs. I will keep you posted. I bought during the buy one get one free event. I asked her if I would be charged full price if another pair didn't shop she said wait and see. 😲

One pair shoes one pair sandals ordered at end of May. Received but shoes one very tight one very loose. Sandals OK and kept. Shoes returned on 28.05.2020. and they have been received back. I am now waiting for a refund one month later. Phones not answered, multiple emails not answered. To speed things up I offered to not have a replacement and just go for a refund but this has received no response. Something very wrong.

Customer service very poor. Took a month to answer query. Refunds very slow - waiting over 30 days for 3 pairs of shoes to be refunded plus charge postage delivery and returns. Used to be a very good privately owned company - now not one I shall buy from again

Rubbish unreliable company, take orders they can’t fulfill as no stock, no communication and if and I do mean If you get through informed no stock and admit they can’t even email to confirm order cancelled! Shoddy!

Soles on both my shoes and my wifes shoes disintegrated . I have never known this happen with any other other shoe brand. This has happened to several pairs of Hotter shoes and despite them being comfortable I will have to stop buying Hotter shoes.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and the money was taken from my account. I returned them 2 days later as they didn’t fit and 3 weeks later despite numerous emails I have heard nothing. The reruns service is appalling and they do not bother to reply to emails. I will never buy anything from them again. Back to Sketchers for me

Hi I rang this morning when I realised my shoes weren't going to be delivered even tho paid next day delivery. Spoke to a lovely lady who removed the extra next day delivery fee and added 10% discount too and said my shoes would be delivered tomm. Kept checking my emails not received any confirmation of delivery tomm so thought I would ring again before they went home, got a lady who said maybe delivered but not guaranteed, she was working from home with the television blaring loudly in the background whilst on the phone to me. Not very polite or professional. I will see if my shoes turn up tomm but not holding my breath. This has happened before....wheres your professionalism Hotter ??

Bought a pair of ladies Dew in March 2020. Nice looking shoes. Walked 1 mile and got blister above right ankle. Two weeks later walked the same mile, got a revived blister above right ankle and a new blister above left ankle. These shoes used to be comfortable straight out of the box, but last 3 pairs not so. Have bought Hotter shoes since 2001. No longer. Waste of money. Last pair.

Their service used to be great - but now it is appauling. Delivery times are always well into 2 months from placing order - never 5-7 days as they reckon. When you order everything is available but as soon as you pay and place order - its never available and takes months. They give you a delivery date and then come back a few days before suppose to despatch and then its another month delay and so on and so on. The only good thing about hotter is the product is still good - but with all the bad service etc somehow the product is not worth it.

For the last few years I've exclusively bought Hotter shoes. They would also deliver to my work. But a few months ago they failed to deliver to my work, they took my money and didn't notify me they hadn't shipped my shoes, and I had to contact them to get my money back. I still wanted the shoes but they told me they can't deliver to my work address (that they had previously delivered to and where I never get a y problems delivering anything, it's central London). I then went to a shop to get a pair of shoes. The shoes fell apart after a few months, and I still thought I would give Hotter another try and try and deliver it to a different also central London address, where no other company in the whole world has any problems delivering to. I again didn't receive my package, not a word from them, and they took my money. Had to contact them again, and they simply told me they never took my money (then where is it!?) and they can't deliver to this address either. Maybe I've been somehow blacklisted? I mean they can't be this incompetent in delivering their product to central London can they? Well I told them my money is gone, and I'm sure they'll refund me. But so disappointing to see a company not caring to take care of their customers one bit. I think I'll go with a different company now, I give up. Your shoes fall apart after a few months anyway.

Terrible customer support. Bought a pair of Tamara Boots size 5 in Maroon colour online for £42 which were delivered after few days. Opened the box to double check colour and size and it looked fine. But when I wore the boots recently it caused me so much discomfort and pain. I called customer service to arrange a replacement for wide fit but they said its not available. I then asked to arrange a return but they slapped me with a strict 30 days return policy and refused to arrange return. I explained the reason for delay because I only wore the boots now and experienced so much pain. I was just a week over 30 days windows. The boots are clearly not suitable for my feet and its totally unfair to expect me to take the loss of £42 to my chin. Distance selling regulations allow me to replace a product that's not suitable but they ignored me. I'm now going to open PayPal dispute and will do everything to ensure they don't get away with my hard earned money.
