I placed my order 16 days ago, and have not had any communication from Hotter since the confirmation email that immediately followed my order. I have no idea what the status is. I have sent 3 emails requesting information and have not gotten any response. The phone is never answered. I've been trying to call for days.

Hotter sent me 2 pairs in a wrong size, even though the same size and width was printed on the soles. After a rather long and annoying struggle to get their return label, they did receive the package back on December 21. I still didn't get $140 refund to my Visa, nobody answers their 1-866-378-7811, and even when they do, it takes 20-25 min. of their recorded messages, and ...I still didn't get my REFUND, for over a week now!

I was ordering from Hotter for a few years, and their shoes were lovely and also a perfect fit, until last November, 2020. Even though the very same size/width was printed on soles, both pairs were at least 1 full size larger, and I had to return them. That's when their endless HELL started - I couldn't get the return label from them for days, nobody responded to my e-mails, nobody answered 1-866-378-7811 during business hours, and as for today, December 29th, Hotter still didn't refund my $140 to Visa, even though they did receive the package over a whole week ago - I still have to pay it promptly...

After 30 days and no shoes or response to calls or emails I got refunded by PayPal would never order from them again worst online experience ever!!!

My expensive shoes have disintegrated soles after a month. I am so disappointed as I cant afford to buy new shoes till next year and had hoped these would last me. I am so disappointed and digusted with Hotter , will never buy from them again after finding out im not the only one 😢

I fell for the buy one get one promotion that apparently was just a scam. The first pair took over a month, and I figured that was due to the virus and shipping. I called customer service and she said "hm, we only shipped one pair." weeks later I got an email saying they were no longer producing the second one. After several years and many good pairs of Hotter shoes I won't buy from a company that is not reliable or does false advertising.

Lovely pair of Hotter Shoes, extremely comfortable. Found them at the bottom of my cupboard after forgetting I had them. Wore them once for the day and the soles are crumbling away leaving black powder and clumps over my house. Not happy, will not buy again and will certainly not recommend. Didn't bother contacting Hotter after reading other reviews that they are just not interested!

Order a pair of boots on the 17 September they then emailed me they were out of stock I noticed on there web page boots are in stock with next day delivery, I phoned customer services three times but they do not know why they have not been sent out to me yet all they can do is send the warehouse an email and they said they have had no response great customer service.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, paid PayPal, received one pair promptly, other pair was delayed, received email saying dispatch on w/c 9th Sept, nothing, emailed to find out why, apparently they are having issues with taking PayPal payments, no communication from them until I chased them. Well Hotter a very long standing customer is walking away. Terrible customer service, I could almost forgive the diminishing quality to support a UK business but not any more.

Placed an order with this company but did not hear anything for a month. Telephoned customer service to find out what was happening and was promised they would post the shoes only to be sent another PayPal invoice for the amount I had already paid. I still have no shoes 2 months later. I only get lies and empty promises every time I ring their customer services number which is an international call to the UK as they do not answer any emails. I believe this company is running one of those scams where they hold your money to earn themselves intrest but have no intention of ever providing the goods.

I have bought lots of Hotter shoes over the years but have found that the soles of many of them have disintegrated after only having been worn a few times. I now discover from reading other reviews that this is a common occurrence with Hotter footwear. When I complained, sending a pair back for them to inspect, I was still fobbed off, which apparently seems to be the way other similar complaints have been dealt with. This was obviously a widespread, serious problem which should have been addressed, instead of being ignored. Extremely disappointing, especially as I always liked their styles, coupled with comfort. And, sadly, Customer Service very poor.

Still waiting for a pair of sandals originally ordered in early May. The package took 3 weeks to arrive. Didn't like the color so sent them back, within days, for another color, using the pre-paid label supplied by Hotter. The shoes did arrive at the label address according to my Post Office receipt. It is now the beginning of September. After 3-4 e-mails to Hotter explaining my complaint, and including the receipt number and my customer number, I have heard nothing. I regularly ordered from Hotter--no more! Their so-called "service" leaves me cold. Be aware!

I will never buy Hotter shoes again. The soles literally rot away when having been used for a very short time. This is the third pair, get a grip Hotter your composition soles are absolute rubbish. Buyer beware. I sent an email with photos to customer complaints for the first pair, and they were so unhelpful. Never again.

I have always had good experience with Hotter shoes. Comfort and fit unbeatable until I purchasedl Ripple sandals they gave blisters on my toes and heels, the bottom of my feet rubbed by the most uncomfortable inner soles after wearing just for a few hours, I'm so disappointed because they looked so nice.

Well, I returned a pair of sandals as they didn't fit, that was 31st July 2020. I returned them to a Hermes drop off store, have a receipt, and tracking still says we have your parcel and its on its way back to Hotter. Really? I have sent several emails, no response at all. I have been a customer for several years now, That's it I'm afraid.

I have been trying to return a pair of faulty shoes for several weeks. Various emails and yesterday was asked to stay in between 8am and 8 pm as they would now be collected. Brilliant I thought. However once again disappointed with the lack of service as no courier arrived. These shoes cost almost 100 pounds. Very disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on July 20, 2020. I never received a tracking number or proof under my account that this order was ever placed. I was confused so I called and emailed several times for confirmation and updates, but NO response. One pair arrived a few days ago. Upsettingly, these shoes were scuffed up, smelly, and had obviously been worn. Today, someone finally answered my call. I told him I had returned the shoes because they were faulty and used, and to please credit me for the shipping charges. His response to me was it's up to them and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order for the other pair of shoes and I said yes. This company had really gone down and needs to get its act together. I used to love this shoe company. Other companies are now operating fine during this pandemic, so there is no excuse.

Was originally recommended to buy Hotter shoes by my podiatrist. I still have some of my oldest purchases, which were fine. The soles of my last two pairs soon started to split and then completely crumbled and disintegrated while I was walking. I now learn that this has been a known problem for several years.

Impossible to contact company by either email or phone to obtain refund for postage costs on two pairs of faulty sandals - seems a deliberate policy not to refund postage even when goods faulty- what a scam! Will not be shopping with Hotter again.
