Damaged item sent online and refused to accept return at local store. Say online business separate to stores. If that’s true stop misrepresenting self as a store with online facilities. Terrible customer service.

No Refund for £175. I ordered 3 items online and decided to keep 1 and returned 2. I was only refunded for 1 of the items I returned. They argued for months, eventually after submitting a Section 75 with the credit they agreed to refund me the money as long as I cancelled the section 75.I cancelled the Section 75 and then they claimed the credit card company never returned the money to them, even after providing written evidence from the credit card company.I'm £175 out of pocket and would never risk buying anything from them again.The company operates multiple names including Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Tessuti,Sports Direct, Jack Wills, Game, Scotts Menswear, I Saw it First, Missguided and many more. The order was processed with the wrong sizes. Every single item defaulted to the smallest size. Refused to refund return costs Replacement got delivered somewhere else and lost by Evri The customer service is email only and shockingly bad I guess House of Fraser don't really care about their reputation any more

Ordered the two hoodies for my husband's birthday, and paid for next day delivery £7.99. Had to return one as it was too big and had to pay again, £4.99, to return it. Tried to contact customer service to ask for free returns label, impossible to get help using "bots". Gave up on that and sent several emails to customer service before finally getting a blunt reply which advised "returns do have to be paid for by the customer as stated in our terms and conditions which you did agree to when placing the order". ​If I had realised that was their policy on returns I would never have bought anything from this store. I'm now anxiously waiting for my refund. I feel like I have been scammed. DON'T SHOP HERE. I would have given them 0 stars but there isn't an option for this.

Frasers Group has bought over Xile. No one responding. Goods returned on good faith to Xile store. No refund issued

They issued me with a voucher number to cover for poor customer service that caused me major inconvenience last year. When I came to use it, they said that the 10% discount portion of it was expired!! They never put a expiry date or conditions on the voucher previously. On the spot they applied a 6 months expiry date and I was just outside of that. They refused to correct their mistake even though they fully admit it. So unscrupulous, so unreasonable and so unfair. Their customer service reps sweet talk you to cover themselves but when it comes to resolving issues they are dreadful.

I have got a very bad experience with House of Fraser. Placed an order on the 8th of January, was charged for an international express shipping, but have still not got my order, more than 1 month now. Emailed the customer support, but issue not resolved yet. I am struggling to get someone to actually take ownership to resolve my issue. the only response you get from the customer support is 'they have logged a ticket with the courier and the courier have 24 days to get back to them' meaning I have to wait for another month to know what happened to my order. I am still waiting to have an update on what happened to my order and what will happen to my money. Very poor service from House of Fraser.

I wish I had read the reviews online before ordering with this company. I returned an item. Received confirmation with the courier when It had delivered back to them and I also received an email confirmation from House of Fraser themselves stating that they had received my return. However they never refunded my money and now claim to have never received it. Reading previous reviews there is definitely a theme and essentially HOUSE OF FRASER HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. The customer service is all via email...no one will speak to you on the telephone and the person I have dealt with has been truly appalling! Patronsing, infuriating and obstructive. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HOUSE OF FRASER!

AWFUL service from start to finish. Please never shop here if you value your sanity, it has caused me so much stress and time trying to resolve their ERRORS. Parcel went missing with over £200.00 worth of items and nearly 3 weeks on I'm still waiting for a refund. They claim they're waiting for the courier to confirm they've lost it, yet I can go on the tracking and see that the parcel is confirmed as lost for myself, but somehow customer services refuse to acknowledge this!!! Please take note of the other negative reviews on here as I wish I had before I ordered from them. Their customer service is an absolute joke and impossible to deal with. It's like they go out of their way to be as awkward as possible. I will NEVER shop here again ... even instore is a joke - on a separate note if you buy something instore you literally can't take it back for a refund as they only offer exchanges or credit notes so be warned!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH HOUSE OF FRASER THEY ARE SCAMMERS

This company is terrible. Customer service is appalling and they are thiefs. Robbing customers of refunds, rude and not a clue what they are doing. I have been waiting for months for refund for goods i never got. They just pass you around in circles. Trading standards and @Martin Lewis need to know about this. CEO needs to step up game and resolve this and get staff that actually know what they are doing!

Don’t know where to start basically I will keep it short .. ordered pjs online on sale when it came to pay for them the changed me next day delivery which I didn’t want anyway that’s not even half the issue when the order turned up it was only half the trousers where missing so they can basically charge me and I don’t receive my full order and wasn’t even notified that they was out of stock NOTHING… so I have sent about 5 emails wrote various reviews and not got a solid promise that the other items will be sent out next day as the fault totally lies with HOF how can a company take your money send you half the order and don’t send the other it’s the worst customer service I have ever received

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Total charlatans. 2 items missing out of a 7 item order. Package was badly torn and re-sealed. They won't take responsibility or hold their courier to account and essentially called me a liar. All this despite being able to proove I'd not had at least one of the missing items as the package I got that was on the PoD image was nowhere near enough to have held all the items. Bad, bad customer service and actually feel scammed by a company who should know better. Never leave bad reviews but please everyone read all the reviews this is not an isolated case they will rip you off. Poor, they dont deserve to be in business

WARNING go carefull when ordering certain item you MUST CHECK their list of items you can not return. I ordered a few different style bras to try on for size. When I wanted to return it became apparant that you can not return bras for hygiene reasons . This left me very confused as you can try on in store . The same goes for swimwear. I've now wasted a lot of money. Customer service chat say they will exchange only. The beauty of online ordering is to be able to try on in the covienience of your own home and return what is not requiredI have never know a store to not offer returns of this kind. I have also had to return a Xmas present in store as an item was too big, they did not have a smaller size. No refunds only credit notes given in store. Hopefully this will be the demise of HOF. I. Will not shop at HOF again.

Don’t buy anything on HoF!!! They are scammer! I have send a return weeks ago and still no refund. The costumer care is repeating the same things again and again!! I lost £1400, I hope the police will be after them!

I am disgusted with the service that I have received from the online shopping service from house of Fraser. I placed an order on December 11th I should have received it 3 days after. It was then delayed,then on hold. I contacted customer service numerous times to ask them to chase my order with evri. I was always told to wait. Christmas came and went,still no parcel. This was so upsetting as it was present ms for my nephews. The parcel them showed as being delivered when it wasn’t. I contacted evri,they confirmed by email that this was a computer glitch and it was in fact lost in their system. I contacted hof again and sent them the confirmation email. They said this is not good enough and that they need the confirmation themselves from evri. Why am I costantly chasing this up? Surely their customer service should be doing this? I have sent in total around 29 emails to hof now nobody is getting back to me at all. No items no refund!!!!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from house of Fraser. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Missing order, HOF refuse to refund because item is in “transit”, item is clearly lost but they won’t admit it, item has been in transit with Evri since 15-12. Continuously told its being looked into, yet no updated. They seem to think they have the right to hold peoples money while the two most incompetent companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with try and sort it even though I’ve told them the order is cancelled. Refuse to listen, refuse to refund and never in any hurry to help, avoid at all costs!!!
