Made two orders. Both times, items missing from the packages. No communication from the company. No way of contacting them other than through facebook. Had to open disputes with Paypal to get my money back. Sadly House of Fraser is now owned by a company synonymous with cheap tat and poor service and is nothing like the House of Fraser of old. I won't be buying from them again.

Two items missing from my order!! I emailed HOF (as frustratingly they don’t provide you with a telephone number) and I explained what had happened. They replied saying the items were definitely placed into the package. They asked me to see if the actual package was damaged. To my surprise it was!! It was slit at the back and put back together with brown tape. I sent them photographs. I have not heard back from them all week. I have messaged then every single day but have no reply!!!! I am so upset and frustrated and would like my money back as I have paid for two jackets that I didn’t actually receive!!!

I bought a long line cardigan which is faulty and very poor quality . Mocha colour I saw it first. I paid 4.99 delivery and Even for returns they charge 4.99 . Evri left the cardigan outside . Informed at last minute that they were delivering .

I paid for a next day delivery service and it did not arrive. Then it has been impossible to generate any meaningful communication with anyone to work out what happened - I still have only received half of the order. I tried to get in touch via X, instagram, facebook, email and web chat, over 6 days, and still I have had no continuous reply from the same person. I am really concerned we will not get a refund when we send the goods back…this company is so underhand - can’t trust a thing they say and they aren’t saying very much!! Something really needs to be done. It is unacceptable and entirely lacking in customer care.

Shocking customer service!! One item not received and the other had damaged packaging which apparently isn’t an issue as the item inside is fine!! This was a gift so yes it is an issue as I can’t gift it to someone when the box is crushed!!!!!! Now it’s my problem to get it all returned!! Will be taking this higher!! Not acceptable at all!!!

How can you buy anything??it doesn’t tell you the material. I like to know what I am buying , particularly being allergic to certain material. I thought by Law customer should know what mew are buying.

Utterly scam company. I'm seething with anger. Paid £180 and no products given. They sent my delivery to the wrong address and are now almost ignoring emails, but providing no proper response. No refund whatsoever. Just some nonsense replies now and then. Looks like it will have to go to court. They make me sick and have added so much stress to my life that I will NEVER EVER use them again. Avoid these thieves at all costs.

There is no customer service at all . I ordered on 4th of October and still waiting for order there are no updates what so ever. House of fraser is acting like fraud small companies where they take money and there is no one you can reach for any problems . Delivery charge is horrendous aswell I can't believe having all those high quality brands and they act like some guy opened company in India. I will 100% avoid house of fraser from now on

I wanted to place an order for 4 designer coats , I couldn't decide which ones I wanted to keep and wanted to know the charge it would be to return unwanted items, tried every which way to SPEAK with a customer service advisor to no avail, reading all these reviews I've now changed my mind and WILL NOT be ordering anything from house of frazer. Shame on you for your lack of customer service support.

I ordered a maxmara coat and a timberland puff jacket. I had to return them because They didn’t fit. They did not refund me because the items were changed during transport or warehouse. God knows what happened. They can’t investigate and issue me a refund. This is so outrageous and disrespectful. I was a regular customer and I just lost £530 in order. I am so sad and disappointed.

Ordered on 08/10. Was given delivery estimate of 14/10. That date passed and had no contact from them. When I finally managed to contact customer services they told me the item I ordered was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be. Despite this, the item was still available on their website. They then said I could cancel my order if I didn't want to wait an indefinite time for my order to arrive. I agreed to have my order cancelled. 5 days later I receive an email from Evri saying they are awaiting my order from HoF. I contact HoF and ask why my order hasn't actually been cancelled. They then tell me orders cannot be cancelled as they are packed and dispatched as soon as I place the order! I told the agent to actual read the email thread and see that I had been told to cancel the order last week. They then say it wasn't done and they will do it. They didn't. Today Evri delivered my order to the wrong address. HoF had put the wrong house number on the address label. Luckily it only went to my neighbour. I contacted HoF again and about this and asked about complaints process. Gave me another generic copy and paste answer that showed they hadn't actually read my email and rudely told me that if I don't like the service I can just report them to the 'authorities'! Absolutely outrageous treatment from this company. Avoid at all costs. I will make sure no one I know ever shops here again.

You sell premium quality designer goods yet your customer service is beyond appalling.....I am escalating my complaint. Non delivery of goods, over- charging...5 days when I paid for next day delivery & the list goes on! Out of a £400 order, I am £100 out of pocket! More like House of Scam! After 20 years customer loyalty, I will take my money elsewhere! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!

Ordered several items totalling over £140, half were missing from the parcel and I identified the exact missing items with images of the parcel contents. HoF customer service will not help because they claim the items were in the parcel. They were not! I have never had an issue like this before. I want to put this review on here so no one orders from them and loses money like I have. I'm severely disappointed by the whole process and never shopping with HoF again.
