“Called into kingsgate huddersfield 29 august. Spoke to employee called Clare who was extremely efficient and helpful. As a Premier account holder she was able to point me in the right direction. Had a complicated transfer to make and she made it so easy. Much improved service since moving from previous building. Happy atmosphere. I was also helped previously by Amanda who again was most helpful and able to help.”

“It is with some pleasure that I can recommend the wrexham HSBC branch Proactive effective staff that do take an interest in your requirements and show you what products may be of interest for your circumstances In particular Mel Edwards took ownership of my move to a new house with kindness and understanding and ensured all aspects of my requirements were met including the substantial movement of funds to complete the exchange contracts With the branch and Mel Edward holding my hand this 76 year old is particularly grateful”

“I would like to thank Azra at HSBC Bank High Wycombe branch for her professionalism and caring Service Skills. Azra kindly guided and showed me how I could use my Global account to transfer money before I go abroad, and also assisted me in paying a bill that I owed whilst on holiday using digital banking confidently and safely. I received an Excellent Service from Azra with a beautifully Smile, even though it was a very busy day at the branch.
