“I would like to commend Rafael my pet transport driver. He was stellar! Great communication throughout the long transport which is paramount for an apprehensive new fur mom! He was professional, kind and informative at drop off. Take it from me, a past trainer of customer relations, he was stellar! Kudos Rafael!!!”

“Jeff was our puppy's My Pet Cab person. He was wonderful. He called on schedule to let us know they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. He took very good care of Comet ( formerly known as Trey). Jeff was very nice, pleasant, respectful and you could tell he enjoys making these deliveries. He gave Comet the five-star treatment all the way. If we could give Jeff more than five stars we would. As five stars is the highest option we give Jeff and My Pet Cab five stars plus, plus, plus. If we need such services in the future we would definitely call on My Pet Cab and Jeff. Your consciousness and care have helped a disabled Afghanistan veteran get his service dog which will greatly improve the quality of the veteran's life.”

“Called us with an estimated time of arrival at our house. Actuallly arrived a few minutes early. Let us know how our puppy did during the time he was with her. He let us know they never sent food for her but that he had given her plenty of water. He was very pet and people friendly!”

“My puppy was delivered to my door by a very personable driver, Traci Breaner. She called to let me know the window she would be arriving in and She arrived within that window. My puppy was clean and all of the paperwork and items with her were attached. She explained what everything was, took a picture after asking for my ID and asked if I had any further questions. Thank you”
