“Rick, our driver, brought our puppy up our driveway, holding the puppy in one arm & the carrier in the other . He had a great big smile at n his face & asked if we were waiting for this little guy. My husband beamed with joy in response & they all can in the house where Rick handed our puppy over to us. His smile was contagious, we were thrilled to see our little guy & Rick just added to the joy. Our puppy was clean, smelled wonderful, didn’t seem to need to be fed; he had been well cared for during his long trip to us. We chatted with Rick for a short time during which he talked about where he had been during the day & where he would stay the night. Whew!! His day was long too!! He took a pic of his “delivery” & was off to his next destination. We were/are so pleased with our experience. Thank you for our bundle of joy who was delivered with such care.”

“Took good care of my new puppy. Only (small) issue was that I was told I would get a call/text 60 minutes prior to her arrival, I only got one when driver was 15 minutes away. I happened to check my phone and saw it in time to confirm I was home, but had I missed that….”

“Wow, wow, wow! Rudy was amazing! I was watching how tenderly he cleaned up my puppy and reassured her when he first arrived (and didn't know I was watching). He handed her over to me so gently and told me how wonderful she did during the trip and how beautiful she is. Overall, it was a perfect handover. Rudy made my first few minutes with my puppy very memorable and even took a few photos for me.”
