“The driver of the cab arrived an hour early! We were so pleased. Our new dog is a 5-month old Bernedoodle. He weighed just under 40lbs when he arrived. He had no collar so the Pet Cab woman was planning to carry him into our house in his crate! There was nothing else the Pet Cab worker could do as he was delivered without a collar or leash. My husband insisted on helping her carry the crate into our house. I scrambled to find an old collar so we could take him outside as he had been in the crate for hours. She was very pleasant and nice. We were glad our pup, who flew in a plane through the night and then traveled in a van, his first time in a crate, had arrived with such a kind person!”

“Perfectly done. Kind and wonderful with my new pup Comet. On-time. Excellent communication. Kept me informed on how my new puppy was doing. Helped get my new puppy into the house and settled and even took a few pics which she texted to me. Highly recommend.”
