“Adam did a very good job transporting my puppy safely. I would have appreciated it if he had called when he left the airport rather than 20 minutes before he arrived here. I had expected him to call earlier as advertised and therefore had to rush home to meet him. However, it was no big deal. Thanks”

“We are very, very happy with the way our puppy’s final mile transport was handled. We got a call the day before confirming address, the name of the driver and approximate delivery time. On the day of arrival, Alex called and gave us a 1 hr heads up when he was on his way. He arrived right on time, and we loved the way he handled our puppy.”

“Jan Nolan kept me well informed while I was awaiting my puppy’s arrival from Hanscom Air Force Base Airport. When she arrived, she told me about the experience my puppy had and when and how to give my puppy her Nutrical supplement. She explained what possible reactions my puppy may exhibit as a result of her journey. My new baby responded well to Jan. I received the paperwork, food and carry case and my puppy and off Jan went to deliver two other pups. Everything went smoothly, exactly as previous communications had explained. Being able to have my puppy come home directly to me was wonderful.”
