“Our cat was the runt of her litter, she's a very tiny one who needs to be handled with care! When we had to move cross country for my job and weren't able to fly, finding a safe solution was of the utmost importance to us. Enter Starwood Animal Transport and Ryan! Across one of the most difficult time periods to fly period, let alone for a pet, Ryan guided us and our cat Tequila in the process of getting her out to the West Coast. She was professional but also just so nice especially when the airlines had to cancel our cats' flight a few times due to the summer heat. It was good to know we had some potential alternatives since Starwood has so many options available to pet owners. I'd recommend choosing Starwood for your next pet move!”

“Very pleased with the amount of communication and support I received during the whole process. My circumstances were unique in the sense that I had already gone through half of the preparation by myself but then the pandemic happened and threw my plans out of the window. Starwood managed to get me going again. Arranged the flight for my pet with the only airline that was still accepting pets, took care of the paperwork and had my dog delivered to me at my destination address. Overall my experience was a very good one. The people I dealt with were exceptionally helpful and responsive and my dog seemed to be happy and not distressed with her overall flying experience. I can not thank everyone involved enough for making this whole thing a memorable one.”

“Leslie Rowen brought our new little guy home to us clean and wonderfully cared for. She was a great communicator, and let us know when she was close by so we knew when we could expect him. It is obvious that Leslie loves animals and it brings her joy to deliver them to their new owners. Thank you! - Tracy and Nate”

“Far beyond our expectations! 35 years air freight experience, my wife and I REFUSED to fly any dog! Contacted numerous companies who were either too busy, far to expensive (price gouging) or borderline scame. We did our homework and referred to MY PET CAB by a long standing www.ipata.org outfit. All we can say is WOW. We have owned dogs for 28 years, have 4 now, and treat them as our children. The communication by the company prior, during, and upon delivery, amazing. A GORGEOUS well appointed 44' RV arrived in our town 48 hours later. Our new 11 week old puppy did NOT want to leave the 2 driver's side. She was so happy with them she wanted to stay. They sent us constant updates/photos by Email and Text. Also, they had no other dogs scheduled, and rather than make us wait another week or so, gave our new sweet girl an exclusive ride home! By far an A+++ ground service that treats your dogs as if their own not as cargo! OUTSTANDING we will be referring My Pet Cab to dog rescues and others!”

“Our puppy came to us covered in poop. It's understandable that during his travels he would go to the bathroom but it would have been nice for him to be cleaned before his arrival.”

Thanks for the feedback. All puppies and travel crates are cleaned when they arrive at the airport and then we check them during transit to your house. Sometimes pets go to the bathroom after our last check, but we can ensure you that it would have been a recent accident and not something they traveled in long. We hope you are enjoying your new addition to your family and that your first weekend was great!!

“I highly recommend this company. Great service, friendly drivers, pet lovers. Our dog traveled happily from CA to SC with stops along the way for walks and "business." I couldn't be happier with the service and extra affection for our large breed. I will never use another service after this experience. 10 stars!!”
