“Starwood Animal Transport is the greatest company I've ever seen. Thor was driven from NY to FL by another company and Starwood so kindly took Thor into their care. Ryan and I have exchanged over 40 emails keeping me updated and making me feel at ease knowing Thor was safe. There is also Chris who housed Thor for a bit and also kept me updated and also sent lots of pictures. During his stay with Starwood, Thor received a health certificate from the vet and lots of love from their crew. I could not be happier with the services they provided. Upon receiving Thor in Puerto Rico which was his drop off location, the process took less than 5mins to sign for him and have him back in my arms. He was happy, healthy, had food and all his belongings. I reccomend anyone looking to transport their pets to use this company. Thor is my emotional support dog, he is an American Pitbull that weighs 70lbs and they treated him with lots of love and care and nothing was missed or looked over. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Starwood!”

“The process overall was much easier thanks to the very helpful staff at Starwood Animal Transport. There were a couple of relatively small hiccups with some of the documentation on arrival, but those were compensated by the outstanding flexibility and friendliness of the agents!”

“This was an overall good experience. I wished I would have had more help with the paperwork with the vet because the day before transport (after vet visits and paperwork had been received from USDA) I was told I needed another document for customs. In the end it wasn't needed but there was major concern and tears that the move wouldn't happen. Ninja made it to England in one piece albeit soaking wet and shivering. She got over it quickly once dried and cuddled.”

“The responsible person was Leslie. Very good Service! Leslie was able to handle changes to our needs for the relocation of our two dogs perfectly. The relocation was made at the end of the year giving some issues with receiving the needed documents in due time, and facilitating an airline able to accept our dogs onboard as one of them was a snub-nosed bread.”

“I was extremely satisfied with your service. Leslie Salas was the most helpful and professional person I have worked with in a very long time. She consistently gave me updates and feedback throughout the process. On a personal note, my cat (FritzDaKat) has adjusted to his move and is doing well. I attribute much of this to the excellent care he received in transit and especially through Leslie's leadership and vigilance.”

“Their Moto is.. we take care of Everything. That's a bunch of Hooey! Not my experience at all. Will never Hire them again. Nor would I recommend them to my friends or family! If I had it to over again, I'd definitely use another PRC Company!”

“I don’t usually give reviews but Starwood definitely deserves one. Their help getting our two Cocker Spaniels from Boston to Dubai couldn’t have been better. Clear instructions, regular follow-ups, smooth from beginning to end. If only I could have hired them to move our furniture, too. (Haha)”

“I would give our experience with Starwood and especially our pet travel coordinator Ryan and excellent 5/5. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly communicative even to the point of answering my partners email at 5:50am eastern time while our dog was in route. Ryan made what was could have been a very stressful process a much easier with quick, clear communication. The only reason I didn't give starwood a 5 out of 5 was due to the communication among the UK team. There was an issue where the driver, from what I understand, didn't clearly communicate the ETA to Ryan, the UK contact and on to me and my partner which left us with about an hour and half gap with no info on where our dog was. Ryan did get try to the bottom of it as quickly as possible but I feel like the ground transport was a bit more seamless and transparent on the US side.”

“These guys could not have done a better job, I couldn't have done a better job. They got my cat happily and peacefully from Denver to Honolulu, handling all of the paperwork that the state of Hawaii requires, double and triple checking everything so that the transport went perfectly.”
