“Just a fantastic experience. We were guided and assisted every step of the way. The dogs were collected and updates sent by email with pics of the dogs through every step of their 3 day journey. Everyone was just wonderful. Thanks for making this part of our emigration stress free.”

“My Starwood experience was very positive. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My dog arrived in Australia passing all requirements and only needed the minimum stay in quarantine. My only comment would be that they could improve on communication. I found I was always the one to initiate contact and check that I was doing everything on time. Once contacted my case manager was very helpful and responsive but I did have to start the conversation.”

“We are so happy with Starwood Animal Transport! From my first inquiry about flying our bulldogs overseas to picking them up at the airport, it was an absolute pleasure! Ryan Bole was professional and personable. All the paperwork was completed correctly and we had no issues at all with direct release at the airport. Even with a slight delay with their initial flight due to an unforeseen circumstance, Starwood handled their boarding and put me at ease knowing my fur babies were being cared for appropriately. They even sent text updates! I have recommended Starwood to several other military families who are moving and need assistance flying their snubbed nosed pups! Thank you so much for all your help and making this process so easy and stress free. Our family is complete here in beautiful Hawaii! We will definitely be using Starwood Animal Transport again when we move back to the mainland!”

“My boxer and Cat seemed calm traveling. Starwood sent photos and kept in touch. They helped me through the paperwork process and calmed all my worries. Even had an extra bolt for the dog crate when mine went missing! Thanks for getting my pets home safely!!”

“I wouldn't be arriving until a few days after my dog and so he would be going into kennels until I arrived. Starwood had to find a second flight that would accept him and his giant sky kennel on a flight from London to Manchester and then transport him over the Pennines to the kennels. Luckily they were able to do this and have him kenneled at Manchester Airport. The driver who picked him up at my house and took him to the airport was wonderful and surprisingly my boy got into the van without hesitation and sent me a photo of his arrival at the airport. Just a huge thank you to you all at Starwood on both sides of the "pond".”

“Minimal service for the cost. Agent should have been a liaison between me and the veterinarian doing the export paperwork. It was confusing. Not sure what I actually paid for but to walk the cat to the gate.”

“Although we were sent to an incorrect address in downtown Miami. Not a good start when you don't know the area and are stopping local folk for directions. there is a big difference between Ave and St in that area. They flew our dog safely to the UK so would recommend them for peace of mind.”

“Great communication during the transportation of the dogs, pictures were sent at the lay over which made me feel so much happier and then contact at Manchester was also great. Sarah was very helpful before the traveled, the paperwork was very confusing and Sarah has to put up with panicked phone calls from me and she was great.”
