“There are no words to explain how Grateful I am to Sarah and her exceptional team @starwoodanimaltransport throughout this stressful insane time she was there with us every step of the way supportive, professional , understanding and extremely productive ! She made it happen for us that our fluffy baby bear Duke ( 75lb German shepherd) was flown from Los Angeles & into our arms in England ! The world is in a crisis and she made it happen with cancelled flights , then he was on stand by !! finally there was a glimpse of hope and she was able to put our Duke onto the last flight Over the weekend with BA !!! Incredible ! If you are looking for a Pet Animal Transport here they are I’ve used them for years , they are amazingly kind and caring . Sarah you have helped and supported my family , we are all together again putting a smile on my children’s face once again ! Duke has settled back into our country living he seems to know how lucky he is ! THANK YOU SARAH !! you are the best feeling gratitude and blessed from across the pond !! 🙏🏽 ❤️🙏🏽🇬🇧”

“Wonderfully responsive to and understanding of a difficult/challenging process for a pet owner. My entire experience with Ryan and his team has been amazing. If I were to ever be Inna position where an animal had to be moved, I would choose you. And this time with a lot less trepidation. Thanks to all for an all around great experience.”

“Everyone was extremely professional and kind, made the move feel easier and reassuring. I trust them and would use them again in a heart beat. I know it’s hard to trust with such a large move, but the are trustworthy and great Thank you”

“I thought my coordinator was amazing. She was very responsible and hands-on. However the actual pick up process was not well documented and was a bit of a nightmare. It involved sitting in a warehouse by the airport for 5 hours, multiple trips to customs, then finally getting pets that were in really bad shape. Like my dog hasn't gotten water for hours, same with the cat. None of this is Starwood's fault certainly (like the flight itself was great and the paperwork was in order) but more guidance on the actual pickup would have been good.”

“After a distressing move from the UK to US with my dog, I was very anxious about the return journey and my dogs welfare. I didn't need to be. Starwood took care of everything including myself and when I picked up my pup in the UK he was a very happy puppy. In future I would only ever use this company.”

“Absolutely outstanding! We had our precious pup transferred from USA to Australia and everything went smoothly. Thank you for easing our very anxious nerves about this process and for taking the best care of our fur baby! We couldn’t be more grateful to have him home!”

“We moved from Houston to Cheltenham with our two toy poodles and I would recommend Starwood Animal Transport. Any hiccups were fixed immediately and it was straight forward enough. They took a lot of the stress out of the move which was brilliant for us. And when the boys were dropped off to their new home they were happy and well rested. Thank you!”

“Starwood helped me transport my two cats from Los Angeles to Hong Kong and back. I worked with Ashley and her team and they did a great job. They handled all the paperwork and made the whole process easy and stress free. I had a lot of questions along the way and I appreciate the team's responsiveness and willingness to help. Highly recommended!”

“I was very impressed with the service I received. It was a slightly complicated move involving a relocation from the US to the UK for a couple of months and then on to Dubai. The team were very reassuring throughout and gave me great confidence in their ability to look after Indy as well as the bureaucracy involved in a multi country move. We really appreciated the updates once the move was underway so we knew Indy was happy and safe. Sarah and Billie were friendly, efficient, thorough, knowledgable and lovely to work with and I am very grateful for their efforts. Once in Dubai, Indy was delivered to us quickly and happy. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks everyone!”

“I was having an 11 week old Irish Wolfhound puppy flown from Chicago to Phoenix. I was worried beyond words. Everyone from Starwood was wonderful, assuring me all would be ok. Ryan and Steve were especially great. They sent pictures and updates of every part of the trip. Even asked me to contact them when I got him on my end so they would know all went well. “My experience with Starwood was amazing and so easy. Ashley was extremely patient and informative. Moon was very clearly well cared for and I had no trouble at all collecting her from the airport. I couldn’t have done it without this amazing service! Thanks to everyone at Starwood for everything. 100% would recommend to anyone considering travelling/moving internationally with their pet!”

“My agent has done a wonderful job; she went an extra mile when I was running late driving my dog to the meet and greet location. Very professional service. My dog arrived happy and healthy. My relocation from US to Europe was so much easier thanks to Starwood. Would recommend to anybody and everybody.”

“At first we were skeptical with the high price and the option of not flying with our pets. But once we had no option left but to use a third party pet transportation service, we could not have been more happier with the service. The team in Orlando and Atlanta called us to walk us through every step and provided detailed hit times when and where are dogs were at all times. Though the price was high the stress free feeling that our dogs were being taken care of while we flew internationally was very stress free without carrying around two large dog crates. I will defiantly use this service again when our time comes to return to stateside. Very great communication and realiable service that facilitated an instrumental process to ship our pets internationally.”

“I wasn’t very impressed with Starwood . I obviously had a lot of questions and whomever I was dealing with was just really pushy about getting my money. Then the second liaison wasn’t very organized. She waited last min to tell me I needed certain documents. I had informed her I would be out of the country previously . So literally I was having to do e signatures and having family members mail things out while I was in a different country because she had forgotten to tell me . She also had to waive the fee for them to come to my house to pick up my pet because she had messed up so badly .”

“Starwood was amazing to work with through the complex process of transporting our dog from the US to Australia. They were friendly, timely, and organized getting all of our paperwork and vet documentation in order. When our dog unexpectedly had to stay an extra night in the US due to a problem with misplaced export paperwork, Starwood made it right and ensured our dog was able to travel the next day.”
