“I settled on starwood after using jet-a-pet. Both companies did the proposed job well, but Starwood were more flexible with deliveries from the airport and about $200 less expensive overall. I explored using Starwood in the UK so as to keep it all with one supplier, but the UK branch was more expensive than other local suppliers.”

“Everyone at Starwood was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and kind. I had the feeling that I was dealing with people who knew how to handle anything, and that our babies would be in good hands. Since we were shipping 16 dogs and 1 cat, it was a unique situation with a ton of crazy logistics. Everything worked perfectly and everyone of our dogs and cat arrived safely! I have written a review on Facebook as well, highly recommending Starwood to anyone needing to ship their beloved animals. Thanks again guys, you rock!”

“We used Starwood to relocate our 'boys' from New York to London and I only have great things to say about the service. I called about 6 companies for quotes, and Starwood called me within about 10 mins. Everything was explained fully and I was given a range of options and prices. They were far and away the most impressive. We felt reassured and confident every step of the way. Ashley kept us up to date with everything and Christina and Anthony even allowed our dogs to stay with them whilst waiting for their flight. The dogs arrived in great shape and none the worse for the experience. I would happily recommend Starwood unreservedly. “It has been 6 months since we moved from Seattle to the UK and I am still so glad we chose Starwood. I was very nervous about moving our two cats such a long distance, but they truly took care of everything and were professional and compassionate along the way. My relocation was mostly managed by my employer, so I had specific flight requirements and Starwood was able to work with them. Our cats arrived looking more rested and relaxed than me, and we had no troubles with documentation.”

“We had a quick timeline for our move under government orders. The sales rep was good, but once we were handed over to the operations person customer experience quickly devolved. I ended up doing most of the trouble shooting and coordination myself. Our Starwood rep even referred me to a Starwood competitor for assistance with a kennel issue. She also used bad language on the phone with me, and although she was timely with response, was extraordinarily unhelpful. I will not use or recommend Starwood again.”

“Overall I was extremely disappointed in the services I paid for. While I understand some of the circumstances were outside of the control of the transport - an embargo at Chicago delaying the flight for my dog, I do not feel as if I was given any respect as a customer and did not feel I was being informed properly throughout the whole process. I will not be using this company again for my transport needs.”

“First time ever using a a pet mover for my "kids". I couldn't be more satisfied, I'm in the middle of a stressful move and can't even remember my home address let alone move three dogs on my own. My dogs mean the world to me and Starwood employees made it a complete breeze, they advised me on what paperwork I would need, they double checked each document and made sure everything was correct for a smooth transition from Hawaii to California. Ryan was so helpful and understanding even when i would forget to return an email she always made sure to keep me updated and reach out to make sure things went smooth. They picked my pups up from my home, dropped them off at the airport and did the same thing as soon as they landed to their final destination. I received pictures each time, I had a link to the the flight and was able to see how close the plane would be to landing and pretty much was kept up to date with the entire trip. My heart is at ease and I feel so much more relaxed in this chaotic move. I would definitely use starwood again in the future ❤️.”
