“I loved the fact that my puppy was brought to my door. However the lady that brought her was not the best. I realize everyone is freaked out about the Corona Virus but it was if she just Thru the crate at us and ran Away. Something that definitely needs some work on. I had a mask on!!”

Thanks for you review and sorry we didn't exceed your expectation. We are now required to have very strict Covid rules and must stay at least six feet away, which is so hard for us as we love being apart of this happy moment. We are trying our best to live in this Covid world and your review shows we need to keep doing better.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the lady that delivered my puppy to me, but she was SO friendly. My puppy came to me stress-free and ready to play. I’m very thankful for the professionalism of the driver and the company.”

“We couldn’t reach the driver to check in our puppy’s arrival time. Said it was after hours. Just wanted to check as our pup had a very long drive. The driver called when half hour away. Not impressed with the small car that four animals were transported in. All in all she arrived in one piece though so we’re grateful:)”

“We had excellent service from Starwood Animal Transport from the initial inquiry to the delivery of our pets to Singapore! Very impressed with all the staff we worked with- especially Ross, Kirsty in the US and Olphelia on the Singapore side. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and so understanding of our obvious concern for our dogs during the transportation process. They kept us in the loop of every step and provided great pictures and videos during their trip.”

“Starwood was absolutely stellar. We were trying to ship our two cats out of the USA and the date coincided with the travel ban, which meant our flights were cancelled. After a two-month delay, we left the USA successfully. All throughout, Starwood was amazing, keeping us informed, finhelping us through paperwork, etc. Our agent, Ryan Bole, was stellar. She helped guide us through the whole process, taking away a lot of the stress and making sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“I purchased my pup from a breeder. She was flown then picked up by My Pet Cab to have her delivered to me. They brought my puppy to my door and she was happy. They did a great job. Thank you!”

“Had to drive almost 3 hours to meet Pet Can. Totally was lead to believe by Ouppy Spot that our puppy would be delivered to us at home in PA. Friday night we were advised we would have to meet the Pet Cab the next morning at 8 am in Maryland 3 hours away.. After paying $799.00 for transportTion costs.”

“I was very pleased with My Pet Cab. Ray, the driver, called in advance to inform me of the arrival time. My puppy arrived in great condition in her nice, clean crate. I could tell she was well cared for on her long journey.”

“Mike arrived full of energy and love. He was clean and his carrier was clean with food and water. I could tell he had been treated well. He sleep in his carrier last night and did't make a whimper. He got a good rest after his long day. Thank you, for taking care of my little boy.”
