“Bob was very friendly and seemed to take good care of our new pup, Cookie! He described how she was during the drive, helped clean her up, and gave us a call when he was close to arriving. We’re lucky our pup was well taken care of!”

“The only problem I had was waiting for a phone call and I was expecting her at 12:30 nobody called and didn't get here till 2 or 2:30 I was a little worried. Other than that it was great, He was very very nice, he had a busy day. But just call.. Really I would have given you fives all the way across if someone had called me ,then I would know what was going on.”

“We had a wonderful experience having our two large dogs transported from Brooklyn, NY to Berkeley, CA. Jim, the coordinator, kept us up to date on everything, and every six hours or so, we'd receive messages and videos from the transporters about our dogs. From the videos, we could immediately see that the dogs were so calm and happy! The transport wound up being quite fast and they were early (we weren't in CA yet!) and they happily kept watch over the dogs until we arrived. I could immediately tell once the dogs got home that they had a great trip because they were super calm and happy. I'd recommend My Pet Cab to anyone!”
