“We had a fantastic experience with the delivery of our pup with My Pet Cab. I was contacted ahead of time and was given a heads up about the expected drop off time by Bob. Ray, the driver who delivered our pup was on time and he was extremely helpful in giving us some tips about what to do given our pup's journey. I really appreciated the care and diligence from the team. Thank you!”

“Niko was great and friendly. They called me the night before to give me a window of time and came right in the middle of the window. Not sure if it was their fault or not but we found a tick on our puppy when we got her.”

Thanks for your review and we will let the company you bought your puppy from know about the tick. As we only have the puppy from the airport to your house, we can ensure it didn't come from our transportation. All of our vehicles are sanitized after each day and we ensure that additional cleaning is done if a flea or tick is ever reported. Niko's vehicle will now undergo additional cleaning due to your review. Thanks for letting us know.

“Pet cab called me before the day they delivered our pup to make sure they had our correct address and told us the window of time that they would be coming. They were really nice and friendly on the phone and in person. They did a great job.”

“My puppy got home safe. Would have liked more updates. I was also informed my puppy (who was traveling cross country) had not been let out of his crate at all. Not sure that this is good for the puppies. My puppy had poop and pee in his crate when he arrived”

Thanks for your review and sorry you didn't experience a five-star service. As the vendor who only picked up your puppy from the airport and delivered to your home, we had no influence on your puppies travel before that. The company you bought your puppy from worked with different vendors to transport your puppy, and we were only responsible for the final mile of your puppies travel. When we picked up your puppy at the airport, we took the puppy out of the crate and cleaned the crate and gave your puppy additional water if needed. Our drivers try to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the crate while in our care, but sometimes pets go to the bathroom after we have already cleaned the crate. We hope your new addition to your family is a blessing to you and we wish you the best.

“My pet arrived very happy healthy and calmly totally stress free what more can ya ask for . Very clean environment in the van with a super aftermarket air conditioner to keep them cool on extra hot day . I’m can’t say enough but I would definitely recommend my pet cab”
