“The entire experience was great and spot-less. My Pet Cab called me a day in advance. Then again on the day of delivery with updated delivery window when the puppy arrived at airport. Then the driver, Jim, called me when he was 45 min away. I couldn't have expected a better experience. And Jim was great - courteous, jolly and timely.”

“Our driver was nice, professional and kept us well informed of her timing. The communication with pet cab was excellent. The puppy arrived healthy and alert. He had peed in his crate and was wet on arrival, but maybe that happened en route from airport to house?”

Hi ,thanks for a great review! We do a thorough cleaning at the airport including emptying out the travel kennel and adding pads. We also ensure that lots of water is presented once they land to keep your new family member fully hydrated. Sometimes this means they do end up going again along the way to their new home. Congratulations on your new addition !

“The driver, Mr. Tim was courteous and respectful. As we were walking up to meet our new baby, Mr. Tim was giving him lots of attention! Our puppy, Sami arrived happy, clean and ready to play. His carrier was clean as well. I spoke with a few representatives from My Pet Cab, they were all helpful and knowledgeable.”
