“Communication was very good, from the night before arrival, en route and at delivery. Admittedly, the crate was a little less than tidy upon arrival, but Leslie did a great job getting it cleaned up for the delivery. We were happy with the service.”

“Called me sooner than expected and arrived earlier than expected which was great. My puppy arrived fresh and crate was cleaned. Tracey was lovely and very professional and warm. Great service.”

“Katie was wonderful! She called when she had him in hand to give me an update. She cleaned him up, fed and watered him and gave him some love and then gave me an ETA for their arrival. She was very friendly and kind!! Thank you Katie and My Pet Cab!! It was a great experience.”

“Kim was super sweet. She called both the day before he arrived and when she was 30 minutes away. She told us Knox had suffered motion sickness on his plane trip so even though he was clean, he smelled and we gave him a quick bath in the kitchen sink an hour after he arrived.”
