“Very good communication. Gary, our driver, was extremely professional and courteous! Our puppy was sweet and happy from the minute she arrived, showing me how well she was taken care of in transport.”

“I am so appreciative of how communicative Bob and Gary were once my puppy's flight was booked. They did a wonderful job delivering Noodle in a timely manner. She was safe and clean and didn't seem like anything had gone wrong. Thank you, both!”

“Wow!!! Extremely GREAT communication from the company and the driver. They called and texted about arrival times and flight information and gave us up to date status. After our puppy landed at the airport, I was sent photos and key information. I would use this service again!”

“I was given notice of when the cab left the airport, then again when he was 30 minutes out, and when approaching. Gary had a mask on, he was adorable with the pup, handed everything to me - carrier, food and forms - and of course Rumi. A sweet man who did his job perfectly and even did a follow up. Terrific! I would upload a photo, but I'm not very good at such things. He took some and sent one to me of Rumi in my arms. 😊”

“My experience with My Pet Cab was excellent. The staff I worked with communicated very well with me and were so kind. They kept me updated the day before travel and the day of travel. I was given a window of time of when to expect my puppy and I knew when my puppy was leaving the airport and I was notified 20 minutes before arrival. I am so happy with my experience. My puppy arrived happy, healthy and safe.”

“Puppy arrived in fantastic shape. Received new puppy carrier complete with special water container to keep our new puppy hydrated. Puppy was in perfect shape ready to go and play. Excited to be at her new home.”
