“The driver was extremely professional prompt accurate to the time and altogether was a huge relief that I did not have to take time off to drive to the airport which happened years ago with another puppy that we bought”

“Over all I am pleased as I’ve had a very poor experience in the past with the transportation of a pet. I was a bit shocked to see a young man get out of a Land Rover with my pet in the back seat. I was under the impression that this was a professional driver and a delivery vehicle. Not a personal vehicle. Nonetheless the young man was pleasant and my new puppy seamed happy so all ends well.”

“Communication was excellent. They called me a day ahead with the details and a window of time when he would arrive. On the day of delivery Patrick called when he was 40 minutes out. He was friendly and truly cared for the well being of my puppy. We are very happy with the service.”
