I bid for a house first time highest bid and over the Bank sales request and nothing and start over again for 5 times same game and they take each time $2500 and wait few weeks to get your money back and the last action number 5 for the same property I'm still the highest bidder and I got a email the house is under contract with another buyer and I ask how come if for the last 5 action I am the highest bidder and never respond to my email. Scammers big time and the banks working with them together SAME

I was the winning bidder on hubzu and we signed a contract . I followed the rules and send the deposit within the proper time limit and closing had been set for November 22. Yet even it is a simple cash transaction the deal didn't close and seller asked for extension till December 20. Deal again didn't close and now I was told that the title company is still waiting for a power of attorney to issue a clear title. It supposed to come from a investor. I asked for some time line and was told that they don't know so if I don't want to wait we can cancel the contract. I don't want to cancel the contract since I already put so much time in it but I don't think that this type of sale is legal. Anyone has any ideas how to get this closed.?

Hubzu is a scam they are trying to auction off my home that I'm living in rite now that is not forclosed and not owned by bank anymore like it says they suck

How did the sell take serious, when the price you bid meet the reserve. But the seller still have the right to say NO.

I won't buy another unit through Hubzu unless they make some changes. I felt during the bidding process there are bidders that are there to drive the price up as they did with my bidding. Then I was charged 5% fee., and closing cost. I had to spent $15K to fix the place. Now I can't sell it even for what I have in it. The 5% should be no more than 2.5%. Hope Hubzu changes that.

Horrible experience. I'm the realtor for the buyer who lost the property because hubzu wouldn't extend the mortgage contingency and close date by two weeks. Meanwhile they said the deposit check has been sent, weeks ago, yet still hasn't been received by my client. They have not agreed to wire the over $6000, but demanded it be wired when the offer was accepted. They're unprofessional and robotic in their approach; horrible for the real estate field. Even my client's lawyer said she'll advise her clients not to use them.

Indian scam site. Fake listings, fake support. Will not grant access to the property. Huge red flag...based on reviews. Someone is probably living there already! Typical Indian scam artists.

You can't get anyone to call you or answer any questions. They are saying our contract needs to be signed in 2 days but they are "out of office" until Jan 6. Pretty sure it's a scam site.

Bull site. Bid on property. The only one bidding. Then told to wait a additional 24 hours. No notification. I called only to find out the bank supposedly would not take the offer. Pass by this site. It's not worth spending your time on.

Hubzu is taking back up offers on a house that the people living in say they already own. Are they auctioning a home that the new owners already occupy? (9316 Soledad Canyon Road, Santa Clarita)

The bidding process was easy and I am in the process of buying a property. But the customer service is horrible because I have made several calls to the real estate agents and no one calls back. I will update how the transaction turned out.

I have a few properties and have several years experience. Going thru Hubzu has been the worst experience ever. They are outsourced to outside countries and trying to get someone to comprehend was a nightmare. I will not recommend to any family who is trying to purchase for a primary residence that DO NOT have money to lose if anything goes wrong with your loan process. I will walk away if I find out I have to deal with this crap again.

Bid on a property. At the end of the auction I had the winning bid. The website told me I had the winning bid. I was told to wait 24 hours for contracts. After 24 hours there were no contracts. I called and was told someone bid higher. But I had the winning bid??? Come to find out, they sold it to someone else after the auction ended for $290 more than my "winning" bid.....losers, liers, cheats

Even one star is more .... I should give ZERO star They are playing with auction of the properties in Texas . I bought the property in person on Tuesday Sept 03 ... paid them 95K cashiers check and now they are selling it again on Hubzu on line auction It’s deceiving Plz kindly call me ASAP 9563376500 Before going to Texas State Board of realtors

You as an on line action should insist your sellers post their Reserve !!! In an effort to not waist the time of the buyer and their money. I was awarded the sale but was rejected by the Bank

We one a bid on a home and was not contacted to even negotiate the reserve bid apparently we were below the reserve so the auction started again for another 6 days!

Regarding bid acceptance, the typical response time is within a few days. However, the average time to accept a bid or offer on some homes with Special Conditions may be longer and this depends on the Seller. We would still like to speak to you regarding this matter. Complete waste of time, Bid on a property just to have it discarded. I won't waste anymore time thinking this is a good site. Better off just going through a conventional realtor.im bidding properties and one day after say this house was remove from aution this is garbage

Ive been bidding on properties with no success, even when im the highest bidder. This seems like a BS site. You bid on a property, after the auction, the property is re-listed at the highest bidders bid for another week. The bank is the only winner. They will just keep re-listing and re-listing. What a waste of time.
