I am an agent and am trying to show a HUBZU property. IT is rently secured. I have tried for 2 days and spent a few hours. I drove to the property. The access code did not work. I just spent another 45 minutes and actually spoke to someone who gave me a phone number, 2 different codes to input and then told me I would have to wait at the property for an hour before the code would be active. Is this for real? Rently secured property. I have called every number. Cant get hold of the listing agent, the rental agent, the auction agent.

I have done auctions in the past and this is by far the worst experience. If you are the highest bidder and it does not meet the reserve, there is no contact other than an email. Agent names for contact provided by the company do not respond any way. Customer service only contacted me after being reported to the BBB. I would love to talk to someone who got a home this way.

terrible service I have a realtor and it still took forever to get a key and gain access also the property was supposed to be for sale only to find out it had just been put up for auction buy real Home Services Solutions who's customer service was no better

Hubzu not serious company because I bid a lot of time and they send me information you are the winner but after 1 day they send me different email about sellers didn’t get enough money for the property and they put back on market same property It’s happened all the time.

don’t bid without seeing physically. The house I saw online was not in the location when went to see! Pls be careful, they told me that they will get back to me when I made a complain n now I can see that house was removed.

It isn't just the fake bidders. Then they put the house back up for auction after someone gets the house because they have multiple liens that were never cleared up. So they can't sell the house legitimately. Never respond with what is going on even with the winning bidder. The law firms are the ones that should also get a 1 or zero review if they can't clear a lien off in 2 months.

Totally irresponsible! My account was locked for no reason and, when I contacted Hubzu through Chat, telephone, and e-mail, I couldn't reach anyone to fix the problem. One agent said that someone will be sending me an e-mail so I can send in a picture of my ID; but it never happened. When I called on the fourth day, I couldn't even leave a message because someone's mailbox is full.

one star is way too much. I feel that after bidding on two properties that things are strange and this company has people behind the scene working against you. The third property had NO bids at about 2 minutes before closing. I reported a major mold problem three days earlier with no response, no return call so figure they would remove property from site, work on it than return it to the market. An hour after bid closing I check to find out a question of five bids were submitted but (as the site said) you could submit a back up bid of 1.5% above initial asking price. Folks beware

Don’t trust this horrible and lying company!!! They took my $1000 out of my bank for bid than it’s been over a month they still haven’t put it back and keep saying its there 3rd party faults. They are huge lies and will steal your money!!!

This service doesn't make any sense, you quote and then after I get the 1st place I do not get any notification, and you do not receive how was the final result with the others competitors. Also I receive a charge of $1000 The next day with out any authorization. A relation is based in trust and I can trust in this company if the rules are changed constantly

Very sad to say that this site is unfare to buyers! My realtor was bidding for a home for me and made a bid and some how somebody else bid the same exact price as me. When it ended there was a two way tie! I was notified sorry the seller went with the other same exact bid! How is that right? You should make it fare and the two parties should be able to nagotiate a new price. I would not recommend with site to any buyers! Very unfare to buyers.

I have been the highest/Winning Bid on numerous properties. Once I even was the winning bid three times yet it still went to "Best & Final" of which Hubzu requested significantly more than the winning bid. When not received, the property goes back to the auction. Among all the bidders, no one came forward to pay what Hubzu was requesting. This happens time and time again. I'm beginning to think Hubzu is a scam!

they are terribly slow I'm processing paperwork but they're quick to take your money and then cancel and back out of the contract according to them the property gets taken back by Hud which happens a lot they are quick to put deadlines on you and if you do not meet the requirements they will penalize you but if it's the other way around nothing happens.

The same people must be writing these positive reviews that are the fake bidders on the auctions!! A house on our street is falling into ruin - yet there have been three phony hubzu auctions that no one has won! What a waste of time!

Total rip off, won the Bid 4 times on the same house never was awarded the Bid. But my realtor clicked on the button for best and highest bid and it automatically up are bid to the amount they wanted for the house, So she called right away cancelled are bid was given a reference number to cancel the bid but HUBZU refuses to refund my 1000. dollars

Reserves are not published. Waste of time with multiple bids as the "Seller" does not end up selling and employees of "Altisource" run bids up.
