“Iapetus is absolutely my favourite art / gift site online. They have a varied collection of lovely things – I've never not been able to find a gift when I've needed one. There's a virtual 'assistant' who pops up helpfully but goes away politely if you're just browsing. Items arrive super-fast, packaged beautifully (without exception - and I've used them a lot!) and always with a handwritten note - which is what wins them my vote. It's a simple but very personal connection with the customer.”

“Rang to discuss my order, and the lady was very helpful in accommodating my request. Very speedy response to request for more cards. Due to it being the Christmas period it was explained my order might take up to ten days to arrive - it was sent as soon as possible and it arrived in three days - very impressed with customer service”

“Just sent you an email but wanted to leave this so others could see how brilliant you are! My gorgeous Collette Waudby pendant arrived this morning in the most beautiful Iapetus packaging. I love everything about the gallery, from the wonderful range of makers to the fun, professional ethos which is apparent in every mailing list update. Can't wait to visit in the New Year!”

“Purchased a special ring after a lot of thought and assistance to wear in memory of my Mum. Had some problems when the inner oxidisation caused some irritation to my finger. No problem for Iapetus though, they sent the ring back, had the oxidisation removed and it seems fine now. Many thanks for your great service and lovely products.”

“I received a quick phone call from Iapetus an hour or so after I placed my order to check if a slight variation to the colour of one of my gifts was acceptable and was then thrilled to receive their parcel the following day. It was such a pleasure to receive the gifts wrapped in tissue paper or gift boxes and all safety stored in a 'brown paper package tied up with string'. The gifts are all of super quality and very individual. Highly recommended!”

“Delighted with cufflinks I ordered. Came nicely packaged with information about the artist inside each package.. A lovely note was included from the gallery letting me know which items were in each package (in case I didn't want to take them out of the boxes before giving them to the recipient) . Would definitely order from Iapetus again .... very impressed!”

“My ring unfortunately arrived a day late on the Next day delivery, but after a quick phone call got to speak to a very helpful and friendly lady who refunded the postage and smoothed things over. Also the postage was late due to Royal Mail rather than Iapetus. The ring arrived beautifully packaged, and was as stunning in real life as the pictures depicted. It was a hit with my girlfriend and she was very happy with it. Many thanks. Dan. x”

“Excellent service. Quick, efficient and very friendly service. The items purchased were exactly like the photos and descriptions - and maybe even better. The print was an engagement present for my son and his fiance and was that something unusual I had been searching for, as soon as I saw I knew it was just what I had been looking for. The handwritten note was a lovely personal touch. Thank you.”
