“I am so pleased I shopped locally. The service I have received from you is perfect. “It was always a pleasure to buy gifts from Iapetic when we lived in Malvern. It's not too easy to drop in now that we have moved away, but the mail-order delivery that I have just received from the shop is exceptional. Iapetus takes customer service very seriously. And, of course, the earrings that I bought for my wife are most attractive, she will be very pleased with them.”

“Lovely tea towel beautifully packed. Only problem being the destination in Europe taking an age to arrive and then amount of customs to pay on top. Sadly won't be able to order again.”
