“Ordered cards online in anticipation of being locked down for the next few birthdays on my list. Great choice and quality, even my husband smiled when he saw them. Will be back for more, and other gifts. Very speedy delivery too, in spite of it being on the cusp of Xmas. Thank you.”

“I was happy they said they could arrange delivery of 2 greetings card sized advent calendars to my grandsons in Dubai. I was willing to pay over £10 for this service. They were dispatched before the end of November. But as of today, 22nd December, they have still not arrived! Useless now and an expensive disappointment.”

Hello Marion, I am so sorry to hear your advent cards haven't arrived yet. We posted out the advent cards promptly as promised on the fastest service possible. Unfortunately, once it leaves us, we are very much then in the hands of Royal Mail and their international partners to deliver the mail in a timely manner. I have tracked your parcel and it appears to still be in the system somewhere. There is nothing we can do to make this go any faster I am afraid. “I only discovered Iapetus in September. Since then I’ve bought earrings for my sisters 40th as I wanted something individual and memorable, and a necklace for my niece as she idolises her mum, so now they have jewellery from the same place. Both items were perfect, exactly as they looked in the website photographs, perfect. The delivery was prompt as promised, and there was a little personal thank you from Victoria on the delivery note ... you may be buying from a website but the company is run by real people who clearly have a passion for their products and who value their customers. I’m sure like me, you won’t be disappointed with whatever you choose to buy. Merry Christmas and keep going, even though it’s tough now, this is where pulling together makes you stronger for the years ahead. Thank you”
