“My cat was missing for two weeks. She finally approached a family that already had cats. They had never seen my cat before and took her to a vet, who scanned her microchip. She was flagged as missing, and they called me immediately to inform me. Thanks to the microchip and help from the staff at Identibase (Katy and Gabe), I have my cat back.”

I spoke to Daniel Bostock who was incredibly helpful and very patient and soon sorted out the problem with my email address.
He was also most informative about the Dog Tracking device and I have just added that to Connie's insurance hopefully having replied to his email.
