“I have been very pleased with them so far. I had a bad ink cartridge and they were responsive and replaced it and I ordered toner the other day and expected it to be here several days later but it arrived the next day!”

“The ink cartridges worked great in my Brother printer. I had a problem with one cartridge and they took care of it right away. The price is very good. I saved $75.00 compared to Brother's prices at the store. I do recommend your store.”

“They need to fix the ordering process and I have an HP Office jet pro 8020 and what came up was not what I needed. I wound up being shipped the wrong ink. I had to return it and cancelled the order”
