“I ordered a toner cartridge and didn't see any progress in the shipping with the tracking number. My inquiry brought an immediate response including both an email and a phone call from Jamie. Somewhere between the InkTonerStore and UPS the item was lost but, rather than any finger-pointing, Jamie sent out another cartridge and pursued the shipping problem with the original cartridge directly with UPS. I am very appreciative of this quick response and that I didn't have to get embroiled in some dispute about what happened to my shipment. InkTonerStore's professionalism and responsiveness makes them my #1 choice for future purchases.”

“I was concerned about the quality of the ink I would receive for such a low price. The ink cartridges arrived quickly, and I soon discovered the ink was as good as it needs to be. I don't know if the colors are identical to HP cartridges, but they are plenty good enough for my printing. I can't believe how much $$ I saved buying from the InkTonerStore!”
