“Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The toner did come quickly and the price was good, however, my printer will not print with these toner cartridges! I bought these cartridges for work and three other people use my printer. Now, none of us can print! I am in the process of contacting InkTonerStore.com to get a refund and mailing label.”

“The good: The order shipped quickly. The bad: 1) I received my order and when I go to my account there is no record of my order 2) The ink I received for a relative's Brother printer will not show the ink level on the printer. Only a question mark ? There is no mention of this on the page for the LC3033 ink. So do I have defective ink, or is the chip on the ink not being read? 3) I have called the 888 number 4x. I was able to leave a message once and Jamie did try to return my call. I subsequently called 3x after that and the phone just rings.”

“This was my second order for toner for my fax/printer machine. Delivery is very fast, usually in 2 days. The price is about what name brand companies charge. I will be a customer when I need more supplies. No complaints at all.”

“Have been ordering toner cartridges that normally run over $120.00 from another vendor and since I've found inktonerstore - staff has had NO issues with the replacement cartridges. The money we are saving is great!”

“Everything I have ordered has been excellent. The laser printer cartridges always are shipped right away and arrive in just three or four days. I recently had to return a box of ink cartridges I prematurely ordered for a new printer that proved to be defective. I emailed InkTonerStore to let them know what I had done. Jamie responded with a very nice note thanking me for the notice and the return would be processed and the refund issued. Very nice, polite, helpful staff with excellent products and service. I highly recommend the InkTonerStore.”

“Hi Larry here, I think I have bought two times for Brother HL3170 CDW. I don't use much. My Brother printer is a home printer so I don't use a lot, but what I use of the product has always good and lasted. I have always been happy with there products.”

“The proof of quality service in any company is when things go wrong, how the company fixes the problem..... I purchased ink cartridges which didn't work in my HP 8710 printer......the printer displayed a message that "firmware stopped the printer from using the not-HP cartridges"....... the Ink Toner Store immediately refunded my money. They were on it!!!! 5-star service all the way around!”
