“Hi Stephanie, About two weeks ago I ordered two high-yield laser ink cartridges and two drums for my Brother printer. The price was good and the delivery was fairly quick. However, in the week that I have used one of the new cartridges I have maybe printed out a total of (20) twenty pages as I use the printer strictly for residential non-business purposes and the printer already tells me that the toner is low! I took out the cartridge and moved the green slide back and forth a few times and it still says the toner is low and now the printer starts banging as it has never done before. Therefore, you sold me products which were not as advertised. Please refund the purchase price and send a return overnight label so that I may send the defective products back to you. Thank you.
