“I have been using AFIA for a few years now. The experience is always good and I never had to claim anything till recently. This time I had to claim for a total loss and Gloria Hurboda did her best to make the procedure very smooth and followed up on every step of the way.”

“I GENERALLY DO NOT LIKE TO WRITE - BUT IT IS IMPORTANT I DO WRITE - I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE ADVISOR - AS U NEVER VCAN REACH HER ON PHONE - THEY NEVER RETURN UR CALLS - THE MANAGER OR HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS HAS NO RESPECT ALSO FOR CALLING BACK CUSTOMER - I HAVE BEEN THERE CUSTOMER FOR LONG - MY EARLIER AGENTS WERE BETTER - THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE - RIGHT NOW I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE THIS INSURANCE AGAIN - ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC SERVICE - THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER UR CALLS THEY ARE NEVER REACHABLE”
