Dear Nikhil, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Tesla Model 3 2020 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Talib on 19th February 2020. The advisor contacted you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. As per our records, the advisor sent AXA Insurance quote on 23rd February 2020. We apologize for the delayed response and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. Please note that it’s not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Mitsubishi Pajero 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Lester on 17th and 22nd February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA, Oman Insurance, Qatar Insurance, Tokio Marine and Noor Takaful) on 23rd February 2020.
