“Service is Prompt and the best insurance quotes are available, followup is also good, Rakshath the Customer service guy was very prompt on returning my Querries. However, the added free coupon of Noon should have had more validity, and need better offers than the existing ones given”

The emails you received are emails from our Marketing Team which highlights the perks and benefits that you will get if you will purchase insurance with us, a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) relating to insurance, and an introductory email letting you know that we appreciate your business and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Camry 2010 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Ziaur on 20th February 2020. As per our records, the advisor did try to contact you on the same day and sent the quote from Qatar Insurance on the 22nd February 2020. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Land Rover Discovery 2004 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Nimeesha on 20th February 2020. We have identified that the advisor did try to reach you on the same day, but there was no response.Therefore, the advisor has also sent a follow up email in order to contact you at your convenient time. We acknowledge that you have informed the advisor regarding your travel and requested for a callback. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Mitsubishi Outlander 2013 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Ashar on 20thFebruary 2020.
