Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Rav4 2008 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Nimeesha on 24th February 2020. The advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details prior sending the quotes, but there was no response. Therefore, the advisor has sent a follow up email on the same day. “I have had a good experience in getting my car insurance renewal done through Insurance Market. To be honest they were much better than the other more popular sites like yallacompare (horrible site and worse service!) and souqalmal. I would recommend using Insurance market to anyone looking for car insurance.”

Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Fortuner 2019 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Shaibaz on 23rd February 2020. The advisor did try to contact you on the provided contact number on the same day, however, we identified that it is not a working number. Therefore, the advisor has sent a follow up email and requested you to send your contact details. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA, Oman Insurance and Qatar Insurance) on 26th February 2020. We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future.
