Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda City 2007 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Rizwan on 10th February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent Comprehensive Insurance quote from Oman Insurance on the same day. We have identified that the advisor did contact you to discuss the quote however due to system issues, the call got disconnected. The advisor did try to contact you the next day however you already purchased the insurance from elsewhere. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Rest assured we have taken the necessary action at our end and the issue is resolved.
