Dear Sufian, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Audi S3 2019 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Talib on 8th February 2020.We have identified that the advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the details. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Oman Insurance and Tokio Marine) on 11th February 2020. On the 12th February 2020, the advisor asked a copy of the quote that RSA provided since you mentioned that the premium we have sent is expensive. The intention of the advisor was to assist you by providing the best possible deal and offered a discounted premium as well. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and we have already given stern feedback to the concerned advisor. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Irrespective of several communications, i have not received any response on time. You people wasted my valuable 3 hours. Never recomend/use your service.

Upon further investigation, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Camry 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Khevna on 02nd February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has contacted you and sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers on the same day. As per the telephonic conversation between you and the advisor, we understand that the advisor requested you to send the required documents as the vehicle was to be transferred from Dubai Taxi to private ownership. The advisor did follow up for the required documents on 06th and 08th February as well. AT THE SAME TIME 03NOs USELESS MAIL FROM YOUR'S SIDE WERE SENT TO ME BUT NONE OF THEM COULD LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH PREMIUM AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY AS A THIRD PARTY CLIENT
