“One of your Sales agent Angelo Bustarga was very helpful. He helped me all the way of the process. From giving an option which will suit with my budget, Explaining all the difference between the other insurance, Keeps me updated of my insurance status and up to the last process which is issuing the insurance. Dear Karim, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for GMC Sierra 2018 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Arsalan. As per our records, the advisor has sent RSA comprehensive insurance quote (including agency repairs) on 10th February 2020. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we were experiencing server downtime. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. “My first experience was very good. I will recommend AFIA to everyone. This time they were not able to find car insurance with a lower rate than one offer I already had from other insurance company. But still they worked hard.... They Try to negotiate and facilitate customer as much as they can. They are the best.”
