Dear Talal, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Rogue 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Faizan on 01st February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has contacted you on the same day and requested you to send the vehicle testing certificate as your vehicle is non-gcc specified. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require the vehicle testing certificate for insuring non-gcc specified vehicles under comprehensive cover and such cases are subject to the underwriter's approval. The advisor was expecting to receive the required documents, however, it was not received.The advisor has also tried to contact you regarding the same but there was no response. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Rest assured we have taken the necessary action at our end and have given the appropriate feedback to the advisor. “I used them as my existing insurance renewal quotation was very high. I asked for a comparison and it turned out to be more than 40% higher than InsuranceMarket.ae offered. They came back very quickly. I put a request in on Thursday evening around 10pm) and given the next day was Friday) they came back at least by 12pm on Saturday. I would definitely recommend them. Their advisor (Ahmar) was friendly and helpful and was happy to help try and get a lower quotation then already offered.”

“purchase of car insurance went well, however insurance market forgot to highlight that for the Oman coverage of the insurance i have to visit the insurance branch to get the hard copy of the Oman insurance. I will not go with insurancemarket again, as the price is not better than an insurance in inspection center and i had to make an extra trip. faster if i do it while car inspection is going on.”

“I made an enquiry but left it too late for quotes from you. I didn't realise you could take up to 2 days to find them; similar sites in uk give instant quotes. Anyway like I say I did leave it late and the 2 quotes you supplied were either a saving of AED15 or much more expensive than my existing insurer so I stayed with them. Thanks anyway.”
