Why you must call your prospect to propose a quotation? I have given my email, no quote was shared! Instead was spammed with 5 useless emails. I hate how insurance market is aggressive

Dear Mohammad, Many thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter. We would like to thank you for insuring with us. As per our standard operating process, we do not ask our clients to provide the credit card details over the phone. We send the online payment link to our clients for credit card payments as it is the most secure mode of payment. We did investigate the case further and identified that the advisor did send you the online payment link and advised you to use the link for payment. Please note that our payments team work until 09:30 pm and your confirmation to proceed with the issuance process was received post 09:30 pm. The advisor did stay back in the office in order to assist you with your motor insurance renewal process. The advisor's intention was to serve you as you were waiting in the registration center and wanted the insurance policy on urgent basis. Please note that it's not our usual standard process as we have other modes of payment as well - this includes payments through credit card, ATM cash deposit, bank transfers and cash within office premises during office hours. However, we can assure you that we do not store your payment information permanently and it is automatically discarded from the system once the payment is charged. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Rest assured we have taken this matter seriously and given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future.
