“I got a response that someone will revert to me on the chat and then it went quiet till the next day. Expected a better handling of chat queries as the person needs to have a courtesy to say that they will revert in 24 hours or by some predefined turn around time.”

“To get new quote for insurance policy you have to receive something like 5 or 6 mails to send to them your information again after full registration was done from the beginning You will get chock once you found one mail request to send all ur car details And another to inform u about offer of 50AED discount if u send company details to ur friends Really unbelievable”
