As per our standard process, the Marketing Team sends emails to the clients wherein they highlight the perks and benefits that the clients can get if they purchase insurance with us, a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) relating to the insurance renewal process and an introductory email letting them know that we appreciate their business and for giving us the opportunity to serve them. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Mercedes Benz C63 AMG 2015 and 2016 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Talib on 12th March 2020. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we have shared the appropriate feedback with the advisor on the same. Very poor, no response, no good quotes, nothing ... I had very big expectations but I was greatly disappointed I went ahead and bought the insurance myself and no thanks to insurance market!

Quotes not provided till date (even after 4 days). Anyways i purchase directly from one of reputated insurance company. Thank God im safe.If same thing happen when i make the payment and insurance not received. Sorry to say this but you are not at all suitable to rely upon. Good Bye

All things were good fast response and communication except that I informed the agent to start the policy from 12 March and he confirmed, then i recieved it starting from 14 Mach where i was not happy for that.

Dear Aziz, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Rav 4 2012 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Ashar on 09th March 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA and Tokio Marine) considering that your vehicle is GCC specified. The advisor has requested you to send the vehicle passing certificate, registration card and driving license. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require these documents for further evaluation and verification purposes prior to releasing the insurance quote. The advisor did receive the required documents and referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company. However, the insurance company informed the advisor to send a clear copy of the vehicle passing certificate as the one shared with us was blurry. Please note that Comprehensive Insurance for Non-GCC vehicles is always subject to the approval from the underwriters of the insurance company because of the risk involved. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we have already given the appropriate feedback to the concerned advisor.
