“Ordered 2 x XL Locusts and 1 x Small/ Medium Brown Crickets but only the Locusts were delivered which was disappointing. Issue was rectified the next day so have given 4 stars instead if 5.”

“Really good and competitive prices on products (during the November sale) and good quick despatch time, however a little disappointed in the packaging considering the size, value and number of items in my order. No filler packing, so all 12 products were loose in the oversized box and just one strip of "Fragile" tape around the exterior, meaning the parcel was received looking as though it had been opened (nothing missing though thankfully).”

“Really good, with delivery and fast checkout. It was a bit loose in the box but nothing was broken but could have. You could possibly add some eco friendly bubble wrap instead of normal bubble wrap. But other than that really really good.”

“The products were great. I’m not great at practical stuff so an instruction guide how to adjust the stand and attach the light etc would have really helped. I struggled with the adjustments and initially put the bulb in upside down. Tortoise seems happy enough with the new light :)”
