“Internet reptile seems to be a good company the only thing that lets them down was the courier company they chose to use. It was my first time using Internet reptile and I’m put off from using them again because of the courier company they use.”

“My order was dispatched the next day and I received my items 5 days later. The retail box containing my clamp lamp had opened and been slightly scrunched during transit, but the lamp itself did not appear damaged. I think the box should also have contained mounting instructions (I have another lamp from the same brand), but these were missing. Overall happy as the products are working well so far.”

“The only thing that dropped my score was the delivery, it took longer than expected and the frozen mice had defrosted. The live food arrived after another day And the box had been crushed, the bag of locusts was fine.”
