“Ordering straightforward, delivery quite quick. My only adverse comment is that the parcel (a lamp) arrived in its box inside another box which it was free to bounce around in.”

“I rarely review anything, however after seeing some of the negative reviews about this company, I'd like to share our experiences. In the past couple of months (over what I assume is probably one of their busiest times of the year with Christmas) we have made 3 separate orders with Internet Reptile. These all arrived faster than expected using the free delivery option, well packaged and in perfect condition. Whilst I can't speak for others as I have no first hand experience with the customer service team (the subject of many of the negative reviews) I can easily say we have been very impressed, and the only reason this is a four-star review is because no company can ever be perfect.”
