“First time ordering and was a bit of a faff as the item arrived damaged and they wouldn't replace it until it was sent back, and they'd received and checked it even tho I explained I needed it asap. They did however send out the replacement when they received the faulty one and it arrived quickly. I sent pics of the parcel and how it arrived with absolutely zero padding in a massive box for a little bulb, but the other one arrived the same so. Overall the experience wasnt great for the shade dweller light, but everything else since has arrived quickly with no issues.”

“Our order was delivered to the wrong address (a fault of the delivery company not Internet reptile) and your staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once we received the products for our geckos, they were great quality.”

“no complaints, but bought 3 types of dried food, herbal, flower and fruit for my (rescued) tortoise. Apparently she wont eat dried food. cant return as have opened the herbal. any ticks i can try lol”
