“The items received with quick delivery. All items intact within the packaging. However, the live food could have benefited from either being sent individually, or with better packaging. The substrate from the mealworms box was so fine, that it had all leaked out the holes in the storage box, into the delivery box. This meant it was in all the bulb packaging too, which was in the same box. This then subsequently spilled out onto the floor upon opening.”

“Convenient, quality product, quick delivery, excellent customer service. Unfortunately on one occasion sent wrong order. I photographed and emailed customer services, within an hour had an apology email with a confirmation of the correct order being dispatched the following morning. Can't fault that. Why wouldn't you use them.”

“One vivarium arrived slightly damaged but won't affect the use of it. Would say that's down to the delivery company not the seller. Plenty of Cork bark for 5kg bag. All happy with the order regardless”
