“Super impressed with the way they handled everything to do with my order. The items were amazingly well-packaged to protect glass and contents, and there was not a single scratch or nick on any of the panes. I also had issues placing the order online due to an IT issue, which the guys sorted immediately and quickly found a simple solution for me, and they were super accommodating and quick to answer when I requested help re organising a specific delivery date. All in all, super impressed, very grateful for the great service and can't wait to build my new stack for my pythons!!”

“I placed an order which was due to be delivered 27th May. I received a message saying they didn’t have my house number and would it be possible to send me the house number and they’ll try to re deliver on the Monday. I’ve sent numerous messages and haven’t had a reply or received a delivery 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s now 10 days since the expected delivery and nothing 😞”
